These terms apply to your use of groundmap.com.au, GroundMap’s website. By using the site you accept them; if you do not, please do not use it.
Work GroundMap carries out for a client is governed by the written agreement for that work, not by these terms.
Using the site
You may view, download and print pages and documents from this site for your own information, including to assess GroundMap’s services within your organisation and its procurement.
You must not use the site unlawfully, interfere with its operation or security, try to reach parts of it not published to you, or copy it by automated means at a rate that burdens it.
Information on the site
The site describes GroundMap’s services and shows demonstrations processed by GroundMap from public survey data. It is general information, not advice for any project, and not an offer. The figures shown with a demonstration describe that demonstration’s data. The specification, accuracy and deliverables of any engagement are those agreed in writing for it.
No warranty
We take care to keep the site accurate and current, but it is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty that the site or its content is complete, accurate or current, or that the site will be available or free of errors or harmful code.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or reliance on, this site or its content, including indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law. Where our liability for a breach of such a guarantee can be limited, it is limited, to the extent the law allows, to supplying the information again.
Intellectual property and data credits
The site’s text, design, graphics and processing results, and the names GroundMap and GroundMap Fusion™, belong to GroundMap or are used with permission. GroundMap Fusion™ is a trade mark of GroundMap.
The survey data behind the demonstrations belongs to its owners and custodians and is used under the licences credited on Data and licences. Those credits and licences govern that data; our processing does not change them, and the data’s owners do not endorse GroundMap.
Apart from the use allowed above, or what a credited licence allows for the underlying data, do not reproduce the site’s content without our written permission.

Governing law
